This family and pet friendly holiday villa accommodation at Marcoola on the beautiful Sunshine Coast is just a short 3 minute walk to stunning white sandy beaches and directly across the road from a large park with a children's playground and BBQ area and an off-leash dog park. Situated a close walking distance to nearby shops, restaurants and cafes and just a short 10 min drive to the popular Sunshine Coast seaside towns of Coolum and Maroochydore and the Sunshine Plaza Shopping Centre.

Meraki Villa is spacious, light and airy, fully furnished with aircon, modern appliances - everything for your comfort and convenience. Located in a small beach community close to the Sunshine Coast Airport and walking distance to beautiful Marcoola Beach, restaurants and cafes.

The main bedroom has a king size bed with a walk in wardrobe, Dresser, 43 inch smart TV and air conditioning. The second bedroom has two king single beds which you are able to push together depending on your preferred configuration. Both bedrooms are dressed with quality bedding for an extra comfortable nights' sleep. Cleaning fee includes supply and washing of linen. Extra blankets are provided if needed for cooler nights. Please bring your own beach towels.

There is a bathroom with a large walk in shower and double basin sink, and a separate toilet. The spacious kitchen contains a gas cook top, electric oven, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. Laundry contains a washing machine and dryer with a clothesline outside. An iron and ironing board and extra cleaning items stored in laundry cupboard.

There is a large private outdoor entaining area with dining table and six chairs. There is also a BBQ, Ping Pong table and a Dart Board.

HOUSE HOLD LINEN
House hold linen included: sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, hand towels, tea towels, doonas, blankets. You will need to bring your own beach towels. Cost of linen included in cleaning fee.

HOUSE INVENTORY
The property comes stocked with enough cutlery, crockery and glassware to accommodate max number of guests that the house sleeps.

INTERNET
The internet is provided and the username and password will be found in the welcome book at the house.

TV
TV’s are programmed by a technician should NOT be changed, if a technician is required to re-program the system the cost will be passed on to the guest.

PETS
Dogs are allowed but strictly not allowed on furniture or beds. Please pick up after your dogs with bags and scooper provided. There is a great off leash dog park directly accross the street for extra exercise. Sorry no cats allowed.

PARKING
There is a single lock up garage with internal access for your security and convenience, with parking for a second vehicle in driveway.

RUBBISH
There are 2 bins; the one for recycling has a yellow lid and the general waste bin has a red lid. Please kindly place the bins onto the footpath on the side street on thursday evening for collection early friday morning.

CLEANING
Please note the property is professionally cleaned between bookings.
The towels and bed linen are professionally laundered.

SMOKING
Smoking allowed strictly ouside only. Extra cleaning charges will apply for cleaning of lounge suites/carpets/bedding if cigarette smoke smells and odour is present. Please dispose of cigarette butts into the bin.

CHECK IN
Check in time is 2 pm.

CHECK OUT
Check out time is 10 am.

HOUSE RULES & OCCUPANCY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We will not give financial compensation to guests, for any equipment failure or electrical appliance failures such as air-conditioning, fridge breakdowns or internet failure, during your occupancy, however we will make every effort to have the problem resolved as soon as possible.

• Strictly no smoking inside.
• Max Occupancy is 4 persons
• We unfortunately do not accept "schoolies" and the property is not suited to groups or guests planning to entertain.
• The property is in a quiet residential area therefore noise restrictions apply after 10pm.
• We can only accept bookings from guests that are here for a quiet vacation, and will not impact on the peaceful enjoyment of our neighbors
at any time.

MOVING FURNITURE OR FURNISHINGS
Furniture, furnishings & beds are not to be moved to different parts of the house during the tenancy.

PARTIES/FUNCTIONS OR GATHERINGS
Wedding Activities, Parties, Functions or “Gatherings” are strictly prohibited.

Insurance companies will not cover the property in the event of damage to the property or accident injury involving any persons (not staying at the house).

Damage, Breakages, Theft, and Loss are the tenant’s responsibility during their stay. The owner take's no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property.

The guest agrees to pay the owner and authorizes to deduct this from the bond with the cost of replacement or repair for any such damage or loss.

FULLY REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
Please note that there is a fully refundable $600 Damages Deposit that must be paid required before check-in.

GUEST CANCELLATIONS
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

OWNER CANCELLATION
Owners reserve the right to make alterations/cancellations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. I will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund.

TENANCY BREACH
The owner may inspect the property at any time with reasonable notice and at any time without notice if the agent is of the opinion there is, has been, or is likely to be a breach of these conditions.

Marcoola getaway
We had a lovely break in this unit. It is ground level and part of a duplex. Very well appointed on the inside with all you need, including Sukin soaps and various condiments. The hosts have thought of everything in that regard! Very impressive and way more than expected. Quite clean and fresh. Tasteful modern decor. Main bed is king-sized and very comfy. No signs of pets except the person before us didn't do a thorough poo parade. Quiet neighbours. You need to be aware of what we called the "Marcoola Moment". This is when the jet planes fly over. They're low and loud. This didn't trouble us at all because it was only a moment a few times per day. If concerned, you can check the flight schedule. The yard was fine for us but is in need of a bit of a spruce up to match inside the home (more relevant if you have kids wanting to play outside). Convenient access to shops, some are in walking distance. We would like to stay here again. Hosts are very friendly and easily contactable.

Great central location for visiting the area.
