Located just one block from Warana Beach, this beautiful home offers the perfect coastal escape. The open-plan kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer. You'll also find basic condiments provided, such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, and more. A gas BBQ is available on the back verandah for your use throughout your stay.



The home features four bedrooms and two bathrooms, including a private ensuite in the master bedroom. The main bathroom includes a bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

All bed linen, bath towels, bathmats, and tea towels are professionally laundered and provided through our Premium Linen Service. We also include beach towels for your convenience.



To help keep cleaning costs low, we provide a starter pack that includes tea, coffee, milk, 3-in-1 body wash and shampoo, and two rolls of toilet paper (per toilet). You will need to purchase any additional supplies. Please note that we do not provide sugar, laundry detergent, tissues, or paper towels.

The property is fitted with a noise monitoring device, located on the back verandah. It does not record conversations—only monitors noise levels. If we receive reports of parties, events, or excessive noise, we will investigate and may require you to vacate the premises immediately.

The cleaning fee charged covers a standard clean. Any excess rubbish, stains, breakages, bottles, or smells, or any other damage that requires additional cleaning or repair will incur further charges.
