This lovely apartment is spacious, boasts ample natural light and a modern interior of white with rustic timber and natural fibres. On entry, open the gate, walk through the large paved and grassed front courtyard with outdoor dining and BBQ, this private secure courtyard is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, children to play in or your dog to rest.

The Oasis is air conditioned throughout and comfortably accommodates 4 guests.

The apartment located on Noosa Parade has an open plan living room, lounge, and dining which opens onto the front courtyard. The kitchen has a dishwasher and coffee machine, and guests can easily cook up a storm in the fully equipped modern kitchen. The air-conditioned lounge room enjoys natural light a large smart TV - a perfect area to relax and unwind, whether you have spent a day surfing the waves or shopping, this apartment will help you unwind.

The main bedroom has a comfortable King Bed w/ large built in robe. The second bedroom features a Queen bed OR 2 x Singles and wardrobe. Both bedrooms are air conditioned.
The bathroom is large and features a bath and built in laundry with washing machine and dryer. Kick your shoes offtake a deep breath of the beautiful Noosa air and get ready to enjoy a true Noosa holiday experience.

Dining - Five minute walk to well known restaurants such as Locale, Rococo, Sails, Seasons, Bistro C, Aromas, Betty’s Burgers, Wood Fire Grill, Rock Salt and Wasabi - everything is within walking distance.

We supply shower products, fresh white bath towels, beach towels and linen.

There are also common sense pet rules that we kindly ask our guests to abide by when bringing their dog to our pet friendly holiday properties.

Please Note – Under no circumstance is this holiday property to be used as a party venue or for functions or gatherings. Breaching these rules results in immediate termination of your booking, also the Bond can be withheld.

There’s nothing that hasn’t been thought about and it really is like your home away from home. The outside space is a delight to while away some holiday time - when you’re not walking to Hastings St or the beach!

Good location easy walking access to Hastings Street and Gympie Terrace foreshore for a large choice of resturants and activities. A short uber or drive out to the local spots for even more choice. Being pet friendly helped us out with our fur baby, although the Noosa dog beach had washed away there was plenty of walks for our mate. Would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay, the apartment was well-presented and in walking distance to Hastings street and the beach. The only negative was a bit of a mouldy smell, when the aircon was off. The property manager Sasha was great to deal with.

Located 5 mins walk to Hastings St (just away from the hustle and bustle), Oasis was an ideal stay for us. We have 2 young children so the courtyard space was perfect to let them play in when we weren't at the beach. The unit is brand new and beautifully renovated. It's really well equipped with everything you need. Highly recommend!

Very nicely laid out and equipped rental. Dog friendly ++. Very conveniently located, a short walk to Hastings st. The only detractor for us was that we had poor sleep every night because of upstairs neighbours. This is no fault of the landlord, just the design of the property.

We loved The Oasis. We especially loved how spacious it was. The weather was magnificent so we really enjoyed opening up the doors and sitting outside in the beautiful courtyard. Having a kitchen, laundry, living area and courtyard but still being less than a ten minute easy walk from Hastings St was so good. Thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and plan on returning again next year! The location is excellent so close to Hastings street, the dog beach at the end of Hastings street and the river precinct, we also enjoyed walking around Weyba lake. The home is exactly how it is represented on Stayz and perfect for my husband and I and 2 dogs who don’t require a house, the size of the rooms and courtyard was all we needed. The renovations are lovely. I would recommend.

This property really lived up to its listing description and photos. Beautifully furnished, walking distance to Hastings St, perfect for dogs. Fitted out exactly how I would want an apartment close to the beach to be, with everything we needed. Our property manager was fantastic and very responsive, even leaving us a lamp on because we would arrive after dark! We loved our stay and can’t wait to stay here again!
