Brilliant

Birdsong was exactly as described. We had a great 8 day stay with 6 adults. Plenty of space and comfortable beds! Loved the pool, outdoor area and well equipped kitchen. Great location - super quiet and within walking distance to the beach.

Great location and property

Had a wonderful time at birdsong. Well appointed and perfect for our family of 5 (heaps of room). Easy access to all other parts of Noosa and Sunshine Coast. Definitely walking distance to sunrise beach.

Lovely getaway

Pleasant 4 night getaway with our Kelpie. The walk around the park at the back of the house was perfect for our elderly pooch.

Beautiful property well situated

The property was beautifully maintained and perfect for a family with teens. Everything was spot on. My only suggestion is to upgrade the mattress in the main bedroom. We would have appreciated some comfort given the price for the rental.

Relaxing Staycation

Thanks to Holiday Homes Noosa for their excellent customer service to resolve issues promptly and efficiently. Their caring staff ensured my family and dog had a relaxing staycation in beautiful Noosa at Birdsong. Highly recommend Birdsong for its secluded surroundings, secure yard for the dog and comfy interior with plenty of space for 5 adults to relax on their own.

Bushland breezes

Songbird by name and nature, literally. A delightfully relaxing holiday home, thoughtfully decorated and fulsomely equipped with furniture, pool towels, kitchen utensils etc. The flow from the kitchen to the decks and looking over the pool, adds to the tranquility and functionality. We slept so well in the comfy king bed, earlier to bed than usual as often occurs after days at the beach (which is a five minute stroll away), then waking to songbirds at dawn, delightful. We would stay here again and in particular we commend Holiday Homes @ Noosa as one of a few extremely well run boutique holiday home agencies in the area. Nothing is too much trouble, the service is personal, caring and complete.

A great family house

We loved staying here. The house was a great size for the family and had lots of different spaces for us to enjoy. It was also an easy walk to the beach and playgrounds, and short drives to lots of good local shops.

Wonderful stay

We absolutely loved our stay. They house was exactly as described. Perfect for our family holiday. We spent all day outside. Well catered kitchen and decor. Even little details like a night light in the wall. All the issues listed in the previous review were addressed. The washing machine broke on day 2 and was fixed that afternoon. Host was very easy to deal with. Location isn’t close to shops but was walking distance to excellent coffee shop. Wished we were staying longer. Highly recommend this place.

Unfortunately wouldn't recommend this agent or home

To be completely honest, our stay was very disappointing and the house was a massive let-down. I hate to write this review, but I need to as I booked it for my family holiday over Easter and everyone was disappointed with the choice of home. Firstly, the photos of the pool and outdoors in the advertisements are misleading and not how the property was for our stay.. The pool is considerably smaller in real life and it’s completely overlooked by the neighbouring home with full length windows right above the pool area and builders on the new deck working. The advertisements reads “private home”, but it isn’t as there is no privacy. Other items needing to be addressed; The BBQ is a baby weber. This is not adequate for a 4 bedroom house and 8 guests Not enough pegs for the clothesline. There are 10 working pegs, the rest are brittle, old and broken. This was not adequate for a 7 night stay for 8 guests (including 2 children) There are not enough bowls to eat from for the number of guests, one night we had to use saucepans as bowls for 3 guests as there are not enough bowls The toaster is broken and only cooks on one side The internal fridge is not cooling and not fixed. The trade put a spare fridge in the garage, but you shouldn’t have to walk to the garage to access a main fridge The back fence and gate were never fixed, there is still rope around it which is very dangerous, especially for children with the big drop from the deck The main bathroom drain was blocked with a cap which the plumber suggested had been there since the renovations to that bathroom To sum it up, this home is not to a standard fit for a holiday rental stay. These items should have been fixed and addressed by the agent prior to our stay. I hope the agent and the owners take this feedback onboard and no further guests waste their time and money or are disappointed like we were. The agent has replied and said the maintenance we advised them of will be done and new photos taken prior to the next guests staying here, hopefully it happens. Doesn't help in anyway make our stay or family holiday memories change. Response from agent after our stay regarding this was very disappointing also.

Highly recommend!

We stayed here as a last minute decision as our prior accommodation was cancelled on us and we were not disappointed! Great clean house - perfect for a large group. Hope to stay again

Wonderful Holiday home

Just returned from a brilliant 3 week holiday at this wonderful home. The outside space has a gorgeous pool and several seating areas which give shade and sun. There are plenty of chairs and when we asked for another lounger one appeared within 30 mins! We ate every meal outside under the veranda, even on the occasions we had tropical storms. The inside is just as fab. Plenty of space to sit in different areas. Well equipped kitchen. Nice to have a mid stay service, good quality linens and towels. Location is very quiet, backing on to Dame Patti Park which gave us regular visits from kookaburras, parrots and various beautiful birds. At night you could hear the frogs and we had a resident tree frog who lived in the post supporting the glass round the pool. He came out every night at dusk! 7 min walk to beach and ideally located to visit Sunshine Beach surf club, which is a must for the restaurant, just a 5 min drive.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this gem of a property.

It has everything you need to relax and enjoy family time with kitchen an dining over looking the pool and the parklands next door. Great aircon , nice appoinments , features . Fantastic little oasis with everything within a few minutes walk(Beach/Park) or a few minutes drive / shops other beaches.

Spacious and clean

Property was well situated with a 5 minute drive to shops/beach etc. We loved having the space, pool and good appliances and facilities. Very modern kitchen, nice deck and pool. Eould stay again!
