"Very basic accommodation in what appears to be like a unit complex for low income holders. Not a holiday unit complex. Cockroaches in car park, very old basic kitchen utensils etc. not at all what I was expecting."

"Our family of four had a wonderful week at Alexandra Heads. The apartment was perfectly located, with everything you need for a beach holiday. The star of the property is the ocean view balcony, which you can watch the sunrise and sunset from. Will definitely return."

"The house is situated only a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk from the main street of Kings Beach. You are able to see the beach from the balcony and the kitchen and 1 bedroom with King size bed are upstairs. The second bedroom with Queen bed is downstairs. The stairs up to the bedroom and kitchen could be a problem for people with bad knees etc, but is fine for most healthy people. Both beds are very comfortable. We stayed for 2 nights and would stay there again if we came back to this part of...

General communication is via offshore agents who seem to have no clue about the property itself (nor do they communicate with each other).Photo's and description need to be updated as they do not match what you are paying for. Not overly clean (knife rack in kitchen is thick with grease), pans were dirty, there was sand over one of the couches, and the sheets/bed in the master bedroom were 'gritty' ie they weren't clean. Various items were faulty or damaged and...
