While check-in was easy, the amenities were acceptable, the facilities were nice, and communication from the host was great, I would not stay at or recommend this property again.The terms and conditions were quite threatening, which I could somewhat understand until I experienced the primary concern on the first night. Neighbors complained, and security was called to the property. This was uncalled for, as we were inside with all doors and windows shut, yet security was still dispatched. Fortunately, the security guard, who we later learned had been outside for some time trying to hear the reported noise but couldn't, informed us that these complaints are normal from the neighbors.This leads me to believe it was a setup by the property management. They appear to be aware of recurring complaints and have included a clause in their terms and conditions stating they hold the right to evict guests without a refund to protect their income. We paid for a service that, in essence, we did not fully receive, and our siblings' reunion was unfortunately disrupted.Additionally, the stove was a significant issue. Our private chef struggled to prepare meals on time due to its improper functioning. Although a camping cooker was provided, he was not satisfied, which resulted in additional costs for his time. For safety, I also recommend providing a first aid blanket for emergencies and replacing the outdated fire extinguishers in the BBQ area.
