With the welcoming feeling of home, this beach house invites you to enjoy all its charms. In a lovely location, nestled behind a picture perfect street front the home is immaculately presented and provides the ideal setting for a beach side getaway.
The layout works well for families and also for groups of friends looking to hang out and have fun. The flow between indoor and outdoor living spaces makes life a breeze, where kids can play safely in the fully enclosed grounds while adults have the pleasure of coming together on the front patio, appreciating the luxury of the lifestyle enjoyed by the locals. The shops and restaurants of Sunshine Beach Village are an easy four minute stroll and the patrolled beach is only a six minute walk away from the home.
You will be soaking up the sun or dining out within minutes. In the morning why not enjoy a big breakfast at the Surf Club or one of the fabulous local cafes, play at the beach during the day and catch up with friends for afternoon cocktails and tapas. Explore the Noosa National Park or one of the breathtaking hinterland towns just 30 minutes away.
There's so much to do and see and this home is the perfect place from which to base yourself for your ocean stay.

Linen and cleaning charges are included in the rate, however to avoid additional cleaning charges please ensure the property is left in a reasonably clean and tidy manner.
Stays of 10 nights or more will enjoy a housekeeping service where linen and towels will be refreshed and quick wipe over is conducted.
A small starter pack of amenities such as shampoo, soap, dishwashing liquid, laundry powder, and tea and coffee is provided however once depleted guests must purchase their own items.
