The Space:
Welcome to Coastview Manor, your idyllic country-style haven nestled in the peaceful rural suburb of Ninderry. This spacious, single-level retreat combines relaxed elegance with all the comforts of home, including ducted air-conditioning throughout. At its heart lies a beautifully appointed kitchen, featuring stone benchtops, dual ovens, a large island with breakfast bar seating, and a generous walk-in pantry—perfect for preparing family meals or entertaining in style.
The open-plan layout flows effortlessly into the main lounge and dining spaces, extending out to wide terraces that frame breathtaking hinterland and ocean views. Step outside to enjoy the sparkling pool, manicured gardens, and outdoor firepit (BYO firewood). Kids and adults alike will love the basketball hoop, trampoline, and the simple pleasure of picking fresh citrus straight from the trees.
A second living area offers a cosy retreat with plush seating, soft carpet underfoot, and a charming brick fireplace—ideal for curling up with a good book or gathering for evening conversation. Light filters in through sheer curtains, and a classic upright piano adds a timeless touch of character.

The home also features WiFi, ample driveway parking with space in the garage and a well-equipped laundry with a front-loading washing machine, dryer, sink, and direct access to an outdoor clothesline.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire single storey home along with space to park 2 cars in the garage, 1 in the carport and 1-2 in the driveway. There is also free street parking available.

Nearby Yandina charms visitors with its bustling markets on a Saturday and relaxed village feel, while local favourites such as Spirit House Restaurant, Terella Brewery, Fairhill Native Botanic Gardens, and the Ninderry walking tracks are all within easy reach. Just a 30-minute drive takes you to both Noosa and Mooloolaba, home to amazing beaches, dining, shopping, and coastal attractions.
Getting Around:
Nestled in the rural suburb of Ninderry, this home offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Having a car at your disposal is highly recommended, as there is no close by public transport, this will allow you the freedom to explore the picturesque Sunshine Coast Hinterland and beyond at your own pace.
Other Things to Note:
*Please note, three separate tiny home villas sit at the rear of the property. They’re listed independently and may be booked by other guests. The villas have a separate driveway and no access to the main house or pool unless booked together.
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 25 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential neighbourhood with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
