The Space:

Blending contemporary comfort with the beauty of its surroundings, this thoughtfully crafted villa offers a tranquil haven for slow living and quiet reflection. The inviting living area centres around a slow-combustion fireplace and a plush sofa that converts to a queen sofa bed (available on request for an additional fee), creating a cosy retreat after a day exploring the countryside.



A sleek kitchenette is fitted with a gas stovetop, mini fridge, coffee machine, and all the essentials for preparing light meals. As the afternoon light softens, carry the dining table out to the private deck and savour a slow meal or sunset drink, surrounded by open skies and rolling greenery.



In the bedroom, a queen bed dressed in crisp linens pairs beautifully with warm timber cabinetry and ambient lighting, setting the tone for restful nights. The adjoining bathroom continues the villa’s refined aesthetic, featuring a walk-in shower, a modern black vanity, and fresh towels.



With air conditioning, heating, and on-site parking, the villa ensures year-round comfort and convenience.



Bottlebrush Villa sits alongside two other villas and Coastview Manor, giving guests the option to book one, several, or all for a relaxed multi-home getaway. Thoughtfully angled for privacy, it feels like your own personal sanctuary while remaining part of a boutique cluster of three tiny-home villas on the property. Positioned at the far end of the trio, Bottlebrush enjoys a peaceful location surrounded by manicured gardens — a serene, private retreat within a charming hillside estate.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to their own private villa and space to park 1 car outside. There is also plenty of free street parking available.



The Neighborhood:

Wake to soft sunrises over Lake Weyba and linger into golden evenings as the light fades across Noosa Bay. From this peaceful Ninderry setting, days unfold easily—start with a coastal swim at Peregian Beach or Coolum, browse the Yandina Markets for local produce, or settle in for a long lunch at Spirit House Restaurant. Sip craft beers at Terella Brewery, wander the pathways of Fairhill Botanic Gardens, or stretch your legs along nearby Ninderry walking tracks. Getting Around:

Nestled in the rural suburb of Ninderry, this villa offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Having a car at your disposal is highly recommended, as there is no close by public transport, this will allow you the freedom to explore the picturesque Sunshine Coast Hinterland and beyond at your own pace.



Other Things to Note:

*Please note, this villa is situated on the same land as two other tiny home villas. These villas are listed independently and may be booked by other guests or all together for group stays. The villas have a separate driveway to the main house and do not have access to Coastview Manor or pool unless booked together.



*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

No guests under the age of 25 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
