Take off-leash dog walks to Point Cartwright or wander to the patrolled beach for a swim. The Space:
This bright and airy family home sits quietly in a leafy street, only 500 metres from Bokarina Beach and nature reserve. The open-plan living area creates a relaxed setting kept cool with air-conditioning and flowing effortlessly into a large family kitchen equipped with generous storage, modern appliances, and ample bench space. Enjoy casual meals indoors or step outside to the all-weather alfresco patio, where a dining setting for eight overlooks the sparkling pool, perfect for summer cook-ups on the BBQ, long lunches, or evening drinks as the sun sets. A second living area with a TV creates space for everyone to unwind, offering separate zones for kids and adults, while a dedicated study with a monitor supports focused work when needed.

Rest easy across four comfortable bedrooms:
● Primary Bedroom: King bed, walk-in wardrobe, ceiling fan, and private courtyard access, plus a nature-immersed ensuite featuring dual sinks.
● Bedroom 2: Queen bed, ceiling fan, built-in robe, dedicated workspace
● Bedroom 3: Queen bed, ceiling fan, built-in robe, dedicated workspace
● Bedroom 4: Double bed

The main bathroom features a luxurious standalone bath and a separate toilet. A washing machine is also available for guest use. Ample parking is provided on the driveway.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home excluding the garage, parking is available on the driveway for up to 2 vehicles.

The neighborhood is peaceful yet conveniently close to cafes, restaurants, and shopping precincts in nearby Birtinya and Kawana. With scenic walking and bike paths, local parks, and easy access to major attractions like the Sunshine Coast Stadium and Kawana Shopping World, Bokarina is the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience for your coastal getaway.

Getting Around:
Bokarina is well-connected, making it easy to explore the Sunshine Coast and beyond. Local bus routes run nearby, and rideshare services like Uber are readily available. If you have a car, you'll enjoy quick access to major roads, with plenty of parking available. *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.

*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
