- This is a 2 storey house with no internal access to the upper level. (2 separate units) Downstairs there is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, Upstairs there is 2 bedrooms+ 2 bathrooms + kitchen.
- The garage allows space for only two vehicles.

I regretfully share my negative experience with Madecomfy, the property management host, to warn others. Our family vacation started with four-star potential, but their unprofessionalism—especially when the air conditioning failed two nights before checkout—ruined it. Despite prompt notifications, Madecomfy couldn’t arrange a repair within six days, defying the purpose of a management company. I later learned from a different website's reviews that this issue has plagued past guests. We endured two stifling, sleep-deprived nights while preparing for a long trip home.Other problems included a neglected exterior, subpar bedding (a duvet sandwiched between sheets), uncomfortable furniture (the only decent patio couch reeked of cat urine; another was moldy), maggot-filled trash near seating, a poorly equipped kitchen, cockroaches under bare foot in the middle of the night, and insufficient supplies. Madecomfy offered just A70 for our discomfort—I requested A350, as many would’ve fled to a hotel, though we stayed for the kids’ love of the cold pool. As of April 4, 2025, no refund has arrived, and I’ve given up chasing their vague, inconsistent responses.The ‘ocean view’ is a fleeting glimpse from the kitchen or a tiny crow’s nest platform, not a proper feature. Despite a clean interior and potential, preventable neglect and incompetence spoiled our stay. I hope this guides you to a better host.

We stayed for 9 nights at this property and had a great holiday in Mooloolaba and surrounding areas. However, despite paying premium rates during Sept school holidays our overall impression was one of lack of care and attention regarding the way in which the property had been prepared and presented for our stay. Some of the issues were as follows: - dishwasher broke on day 1 - the property managers (MadeComfy) were not able to have it repaired - this required us to do the dishes by hand with only one tea towel provided, - no blind on an outside downstairs window (identified in another review), meaning it was able to be seen through at night time, we had to use a beach towel hung up over the window to ensure privacy, and stop bright sunlight each am. - no blind on an upstairs main window, meaning when the sun came up at 5.30am we woke up. We had to use a combination of blankets and pillows as make-shift curtains. - despite doonas being provided on each bed, no doonah covers were provided, just sheets with the doonah sandwiched in between, -down lights in rooms (kitchen, lounge) and LED lights on stairs were blown or non operational, - no door between the downstairs double bedroom and the ensuite bathroom, meaning a person could be seen sitting on the toilet from the bedroom, - the separate nature of the downstairs level, means that this house would be unsuitable for families with younger children (under 13) if they needed to sleep downstairs (the property description states this as two separate accommodation areas) and this was certainly the case. - no guidance or instructions on operation of washing machine, when bin day was or when services such as pool cleaner would be 'appearing' in the backyard. - there were bottle caps in the pool and garden and an unopened meat pie in the TV drawer cabinet, - the location at the top end of a T-intersection on Oceanic drive means there is a high degree of traffic noise during he day and if you wanted to sleep with the window open, this caused us disturbance at night and early mornings, especially from the large 4WD utes that use this street. - MadeComfy call centre was polite but not overly helpful and appeared to be a very noisy and hard to hear international call centre. Considerable time was spent emailing and on the phone with MadeComfy to raise these issues and have them addressed which they were not able to do during our stay. High on styling and promise - below average on delivery and service.
