"Apartment was clean, sheets nice white and crisp, kitchen had everything you need, TV was good (lots of rain so that helped lol)....Communication was very good and lovely staff who changed our room to downstairs and allowed us into room at 11.30am instead of the usual 2pm....2nd time we've stayed here and will definitely stay again...."

"Fabulous venue with one exception - the lift was out of order. (We were travelling with a friend who has mobility issues.) That said, the rooms were pristine and the staff were friendly & helpful. The location was also excellent. Nelson Reserve, Memorial Park & the centre of town were only a short distance away. 9/10"

"workdays were pushed back and they would not move the booking or refund it. they will lose a lot of business over the 3-year project period will not let anyone book there again."
