This newer lake home is situated in a premier northern Lake Keowee location with great open water lake front. 30 minutes to Clemson. Family friendly and kid loved, this spacious 2 level home features two separate family rooms. One upper, one lower, each with it's own large screen TV, Lake/Mountain View’s. Tastefully and beautifully decorated, come enjoy this newer lake home and furnishings. Now eco friendly with solar power to lower your carbon footprint.

On the upper level, you'll enjoy views of the lake and mountains from the master bedroom suite, family room, dining area, and kitchen. Three large picture windows in the family room frame the natural beauty of the lake and mountains. You can savor your morning coffee from the upper balcony located just off the kitchen while taking in lake and Mountain View’s. The upper master bedroom suite features a king bed, wall mounted large screen TV, and Lake and Mountain View’s. The adjoining master suite bathroom features a large tiled walk-in shower and soaking tub.

The lower level features a second master suite with private full bath. The second master bedroom suite has a queen bed and features a tiled walk-in shower. The second master suite enjoys lake and mountsin views. Adjacent to this master suite is second spacious family area with a large, wall mounted TV, and a full bathroom. The second family area accesses the lower cover porch with foosball table and outdoor dining table as well as the fire pit area. The lower level features the third bedroom. The third bedroom features a Queen/Queen bunk bed. Third bedroom also has lake and Mountain View’s.

Just outside the sliding doors on the lower level is a patio area and fire pit with Lake and Mountain Views.

At the water is a covered dock with jetports. Bring your own boat or rent one locally. Next to the dock is our swimming area/beach, with stone steppers into the lake. Great protected shallow water sandy bottom area and deeper water swimming area. A Picnic table area is also located at water’s edge.

A paved golf cart path connects the ridge top home to the lake and dock area. It's approximately 100 yards from the house to the dock area. Although we do not provide a golf cart with your stay, there are golf carts available to rent locally in Seneca.
