"We checked in and immediately found a needle (things drugs) and a pacifier in the middle of the floor. The employee offered to give us a free night some other time. I’ll lever go back to this hotel. It’s full of rude people that obviously live there. Pathetic. We had such a great experience the first time we stayed here. This last time was so disappointing. Go anywhere else. The hot tub in our room was amazing, that’s the only good thing I have to say about this place."

"Newer hotel and convenient to get to off the highway. Room was clean and spacious. Nice breakfast area and good selection. From the Time we stepped into the lobby until we left the entire staff was helpful and courteous. Huge indoor pool/hot tub area. Great place to stay in between Green Bay and Appleton. Will definitely stay there again. "

"The facility was poorly laid out. Our room was poorly lit. The electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work. We had a 2 night stay but did not receive housekeeping service. We had to seek additional coffee supplies due to no housekeeping service. There were a lot of attractions within walking distance of hotel. The parking was not convenient to hotel which was across the street. It was difficult to bring our luggage from parking garage to check-in (front desk)"

"​This was the perfect spot for our overnight stay in Appleton. The hotel is beautifully maintained and very clean throughout. The rooms are spacious enough for a family, and the beds were incredibly cozy. ​We loved the complimentary hot breakfast—plenty of great choices for everyone."

"The stay was good, grandkids enjoy the water park. Continental breakfast is good. The only thing I found was the chair in our room 164 was not comfortable to sit in. Previous stay had a straight red chair much more comfortable to sit in."

"We asked for an early check in. When we arrived, we were told they would call us when our room was available. We went to lunch, came back and still not ready. Ending up getting ready for event in the lobby and having access to our room an hour after regular check in time. "

"Room not cleaned, staff literally just stared at me blankly when I tried to tell them about it. Breakfast sucks, only give you 2 towels for 2 people, and the rooms are actively falling apart. Desperately needs some updates and to find decent people to work there."

"We appreciated being able to check in late to our room. There's ample & free parking. The residence was quiet. We stayed in a suite. We didn't appreciate the hair in the bathroom shower. The living room couch had multiple stains on the cushions & the desk chair cushion was also not clean. The small kitchen area had minimal house ware items, and was minus dish towels and soap for the dishwasher. The well used kitchen sponge we threw away. There's not regular housekeeping, unless one...
