Welcome to The Pipers Nest! Have fun with the whole family or a weekend getaway with friends at this newly furnished Lakefront Golf Villa Condo @ Sandpiper Bay Golf Course and Country Club. Sandpiper Bay is located in beautiful Sunset Beach.

2 pools + 2 Hot Tubs available to guests in complex! There is also a Tennis Court available for guest use! Open Mid April - October (Closed for Winter November - April)

10 min to Sunset Beach Pier, 13 min Ocean Isle Beach, 5 Minutes to the Seafood Capital, Calabash, NC !

The space:
The condo has 2 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms. Master bedroom has 1 King Bed, with en-suite bathroom and large walk-in closet. Second bedroom has two double beds, with separate bathroom. Condo is equipped with central air conditioning and heat.

Kitchen is equipped with brand new oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with water/ice dispenser. In Unit Washer and Dryer are available to guests. Towels, beach towels and bed linens are provided in the condo!

Kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and includes an Italian Espresso and Cappuccino maker for your enjoyment! Easy instructions are provided at the machine.

Living Room is equipped with a brand new 55 inch 4K LED Smart TV with SLING TV, Prime Video and Netflix included in your stay. Please feel free to utilize or download any applications on the TV to sign in and enjoy your own subscription services!

Amazon Echo Dot With Apple Music is provided to listen to you favorite tunes! Say ā€œAlexa play ā€¦.(favorite singer) ā€œ to chill out to your favorite songs! Say Alexa ā€œStop, Pause, Turn Up , Turn Down , to control.

Master bedroom TV has a 50inch Amazon Fire TV and has same setup as family room (Access to SLING, Prime video, etc. )

Guest Bedroom with two double beds has a 32inch Amazon Fire TV as well!

Guest access:
Entire Condo + 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, and tennis court. Pool/Hot Tubs closed after in fall/winter.

Weekend Beach Trip

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our weekend Sunset Beach getaway. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and had everything needed to make our stay great. It was quiet, beautiful, and close to Calabash, Sunset Beach, and Ocean Isle Beach.

Absolutely Wonderful

My family came for a long weekend, the condo is clean and spacious. It literally has everything you need. Close proximity to Ocean Isle, Sunset Beach, and Calabash. The pools and hot top were nice to have after being at the beach all day. Elijah was EXTREMELY responsive and polite. We will be back again, hopefully soon.

Everything was great! The one exception is the Master bedroom mattress on the right side (as you sleep) does have a large sink hole (worn area). The left side is not too bad. All other accommodations were excellent! Plenty of space, kitchen and appliances were top notch!

I am sorry to say that the king bed in this unit was terrible. There was a mattress topper that caused one to slide toward the side of the bed, headed to the floor; the headboard hit the wall wherever you got in the bed or tried to reposition yourself; the whole bed made other squeaky and bumping noises whenever a person moved. The unit itself was attractive and the kitchen well supplied but it did not make up an uncomfortable night's lack of sleep. I advise that the whole bed be replaced before renting that unit again.

Back again !!

Have stayed in a number of condo units in Sunset Village at Sandpiper. This is the best we have stayed in, so we have come back again, and will again! Elijah has set up this condo for comfort. Communication is top notch. Makes your vacation a breeze. The location is near Sunset Beach and Calabash with plenty of shopping and restaurants.

Very well appointed Condo! Close to Beaches and tons of golf!

Elijah was so great to work with! The condo is very nicely upgraded and appointed. Minutes to several beaches and awesome golf courses are all around it. Plenty of dining options all around as well. We would stay here again for sure!

The Piperā€™s Nest

This is my second time staying at The Pipers Nest in Sandpiper bay. Once again, I was very pleased with the accommodations and will plan to book again in the future. One of the many things I appreciate about this condo is the size of the TVs and the fact that both TVs are set up with plenty of watch options. Another reason I chose to book again with Elijah was the comfort of the bed in the master bedroom. I am very picky when it comes to a mattress, but this one is like laying on a cloud and incredibly comfortable. The couch in the living room is nice and cozy as well! We also love the pool in Sandpiper. We have made friends with a group of seniors who attend the pool together on the regular. They are a hoot! Itā€™s all around a great time and I highly recommend giving it a try!

Our second time staying at this fantastic condo. Will be returning again soon!! Have stayed in a number of condos at Sandpiper Bay, this is the best!! Elijah has updated this condo to perfection!! Totally stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, streaming TV's in each room. Quiet location on the back side of development, still near all amenities! Sandpiper Bay is a great location for beach, food, shopping and all outdoor activities. Close to Calabash, Sunset Beach or Ocean Isle, take your pick. All with great amenities.

Nice place. Needs new kitchen faucet so there will be hot water at the sink to wash dishes. It was a very quiet place and had lots of amenities. We enjoyed our stay and the waffle maker was awesome!!

Peaceful and relaxing

Spent 5 glorious nights in this well appointed condo in a large but quiet community only a 10 minute drive to Sunset Beach. Short drive to Ocean Isle or Calabash or down to Myrtle. Sitting on the screened in porch looking at the ?man made? stream was calming after a day at the beach or shopping. Highly recommend.
