Enjoy a serene retreat at this lakefront vacation rental in Sunrise Beach. Our spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom family-friendly home offers breathtaking views of the lake and provides the perfect escape for families. With a fully equipped kitchen, two cozy living areas, and a private dock, you'll have everything you need for a memorable stay. Relax on the expansive deck, take a dip in the refreshing waters, or explore the nearby attractions.

The main level hosts three of the four bedrooms:
The master bedroom has a king bed, ensuite full bathroom with shower only, and access to the top deck to observe breathtaking views of the dock and lake. In this room you will also find the pack 'n play (sheets, and toddler pillow included), toys, rocking chair, and smart TV.
There are two bunk rooms:
The first bunk room is the perfect landing place for the littles that are accompanying you (hello, room darkening shades!), or anyone just needing a place to crash. The room has two bunk beds: one twin over twin, and one twin over full. The room also has a six-drawer dresser and mirror.
The second bunk room has one twin over full bunk bed, 5-drawer dresser, full-length mirror, and TV. This room also has room-darkening shades.
The lower level bedroom has a queen bed- perfect proximity to get the first cup of coffee!
*All bedroom and linens are included.

The three bathrooms are all equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash, hair dryers, towels, and wash cloths.

The kitchen is located in the lower level, and is perfectly placed to allow ease of access to the outdoor patio, and steps down to the dock. It is well-equipped with plates, bowls, pots, pans, blender, foil, basic spices and oils, wine cork, Ninja coffee pot (single serve and pot) and many other kitchen essentials. Kids plates, cups with lids, and straws are also available.

Both living areas (up and down) are equipped with smart TV's.

Let's take this outdoors- why you're really here! An outdoor sectional is located under the newly built pergola, and adjacent to the solo firepit. Cuddle up next to the fire with the outdoor blankets that we provide, and make some new memories.
The dock has two slips (18' and 25'), table with chairs, swim ladder, and swing!

**Included with your rental, we are offering the use of 4-single kayaks.

Stairs required to access this property - NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras, facing the driveway, the fire pit area, the back deck, and the dock. They do not look into interior spaces. All cameras record video and audio when activated by motion.

- 3 vehicles can be parked in the driveway. The driveway has a steep slope on either side but is easily navigated by large trucks and SUV’s with a 3-point turn at the top
