Little bit of paradise

Clean and comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. West side of the lake on a quiet cove. Kids really enjoyed the games in the lower level and especially the slide on the dock. Would definitely stay again.

Lake Life

Great home and location. We enjoyed watching the boats come in and out of Frank and Louies and the view of the main channel. My kids and their friends lived on the dock and enjoyed all the amenities there. My parents also enjoyed watching the thunder storms from the screen in porched. Great location and one of our favorite rentals in LOTO so far!

Beyond 5 stars!

I can't say enough great things about this home!! Our party included 5 adults and 5 teenagers. Everyone thanked me for finding such an amazing property. The teenagers enjoyed having their own space on the lower level which included a bathroom. The home comfortably slept 10 people. We all enjoyed just relaxing and hanging out on the deck by the water. There were plenty of deck toys to keep us entertained! A grocery store was less than 10 minutes away so we could easily cook meals and didn't have to leave! The home is exactly as described and very clean and cute. The owners were great to work with. We definitely hope to come back some day!!

Fabulous vacation property!

This beautifully remodeled home was very inviting and was equipped with everything one needs/wants to make the trip enjoyable! We spent a ton of time on the dock, loved the slide & visits from the occasional local ducks. The views are terrific; Lake of the Ozarks is amazing. Frankie & Louieā€™s was only a 3 min drive or 10 boating and Point oasis was about 15 min boat ride, GREAT LOCATION! We will definitely be back ā¤ļø The Hosts are exceptional & very responsive, people weā€™d like to know. Cheers ~

Great house/outdoor area

Wonderful stay! The house is super cute, upgraded and very clean. The dock was clean as well and so much fun. Parking is very limited so pay attention to that info!! Mattresses could use updated in the near future but that was the only thing. Kitchen was SO well stocked. We had everything we needed.

Birthday Getaway

From the time we drove up to this beautiful vacation house to the time we had to depart (Unfortunately), we had such a great time The House was great, the accomodations were spot on for our group. Everything we needed was provided inside but the deck was a whole different level. Plenty of space to enjoy the outside. We got to fish, swim and paddle board. I would recommend this vacation spot to anyone and I hope we have the opportunity to come back to this house and relax and enjoy the lake. Great location as well to all the hot spots. Annual Family Lake Vacation

This property is perfect in every way. We are a family of four, but this property could very comfortably accommodate more. This is our fourth stay at this property and I wouldnā€™t consider staying anywhere else. The screened porch is wonderful for morning coffee or evening drinks. The private dock is awesome for hanging out. The kids will love the water slide and lily pad. Morning kayak outings around the cove are very relaxing. There really is nothing that I would change. If you are a family, couple or small group looking for a relaxing stay at the lake this is the place for you.

Summer Fun for Entire Family

We enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed ā€“ well stocked kitchen, gas grill, and screened in porch. We really enjoyed our time on the dock and was able to tie up our pontoon rental next to the slip. The grocery store was just minutes away but it was also close to several restaurants. Great stay.

Better than we imagined!

Thanks so much for an amazing week! My husband and I and another couple stayed here. House is great but the dock made it even greater! We hardly left the water! It was just what we need for a relaxing fun time. Everything went perfect from check in to check out! We will be back again for sure!

Quiet, clean and lots of fun

This place was amazing, it was clean, check in was so smooth, the owner was so easy to contact from the time of booking till checkout. Plenty of space, comfortable sleeping. The room on the back of the house gets a little warm, but that was the only thing that could be improved a little. So many fun activities to do, We thought about renting a boat, but then realized we didn't need to with so much to do on the private dock. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. Had an absolute blast, definitely will rent again if we return.

Annual Labor Day Weekend Family Lake trip

The lay out the house and the decks was beautiful. There were 2 screened in areas 1 on the dock and 1 on the upper level of the house.There was a deck that had shade most of the day and there was one where you could sun. My favorite was the upper deck on the dock. with the life sized Captain Morgan statue. I am a big fan of the Captain. My kids stayed up late and played cards after their kids went to bed. We all played hard in the water and loved the water slide and floating mat. We brought our own mat but The Minors did have one available in case we had not. The cove was nice the water was not too rough. It was a very nice weekend and would enjoy getting a chance to stay there again. Thank you Anna and Jeff!

Family Fun at the Lake

Another excellent experience. This was our third stay, and every time is amazing. The house is always clean, and communication with the owner is fast, easy, and helpful. This property is well stocked with everything you need. There are no worries at this lake house, just show up, drop the bags, and head down to the private dock to unwind. Can't wait to come back next summer.

Fantastic Rental!

My family and I stayed at this rental and it was an amazing stay! Everything was clean and as it was pictured. The slide, Lilly pad, and kayak were a hit with the kids! We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Awesome Family Vacation

5 stars all the way around. This is a fantastic property right on the water. The house is just as pictured, and is VERY clean. The King bed downstairs is SUPER comfortable. We love this place.! This is our second stay and we have a third trip scheduled for later this summer. This house has everything you need, just show up drop your stuff and head to the dock to enjoy the lake. Thank you Jeff and Anna for sharing your lake house with us, again. We canā€™t wait to come back.

Great Location

We loved the home. It was set up with more than enough room for our family of four. The views from the deck and pier were spectacular, and the location close to Frankie and Louie's and the grocery store was outstanding. The owners were very responsive and clearly take great care of the property. We will definitely be planning a return trip.

This place had everything for our kids and all the adults. House is nice and very clean and the kitchen has everything you need. The dock was the best part it kept 4 kids and 4 adults entertained the whole stay. Could not be happier and can't wait to book our next stay here.

Relaxing stay on the water

Amazing house on the lake. Our party of 7 enjoyed a long weekend here. The updated house was wonderful. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. There was ample space in the house for everyone. The dock was the main attraction. The kids were able to enjoy the slide and lilly pad while the adults fished off the dock. Anna was very nice and responsive. Definitely recommend this place.

Fabulous time, place and hosts!

We had a wonderful time here during spring break with our kids (16 and 10). The home is perfectly appointed. It had everything we needed. We felt at home right away ! The owners were very responsive when we had questions and the check-in/check-out process was easy as pie. We loved the outdoor spaces! Best environment for those that love sitting out near the water. We brought our boat and the boys had great fishing! We will absolutely be back again.

Beautiful home and Dock

We had the best ever stay at this home. The grandsons ( age 14 year old twins) lived on the dock area! So much to do there. The kayak and water slide was the best amenity for them. The owners are the nicest people and treated us like family. Very clean and modern house. Can not wait till next season to come back and stay even longer next time! Thanks Jeff and Anna !
