Kitchen and Dining Area
The spacious gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for your stay, featuring expansive quartz countertops, a center island with seating for two, and a drip coffee maker. The dining area includes two formal dining tables positioned beside floor-to-ceiling windows, offering stunning lake views while you enjoy meals together. Step out to the balcony for an outdoor dining experience and a comfortable seating area centered around a gas fireplace.

Living Room
The main level living room is complete with a sectional, accent chairs, a mounted flat screen TV, and breathtaking views of the water.
There is a half bath located off the living area.

Master Suite
The master suite is located on the main level and features a king-sized bed, nightstands, a dresser, flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors that lead to your own private balcony. On the balcony, enjoy relaxing around the fire table while you take in the lake and pool views. There is an attached master bathroom which feels like stepping into a spa. It features a walk in shower, double vanity sinks, and a luxurious soaking tub.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom is located on the main floor and features a king-sized bed, nightstands, closet for storage and a dedicated work space.

Bedroom 3
The third bedroom is located on the upper level and features two full over full bunks with twin trundles.

Bedroom 4
The fourth bedroom is located on the upper level and features two queen-sized beds, closet space, a nightstand, and a flat screen TV. There is an attached bathroom with a single vanity sink and walk-in shower.

Bathroom 3
The third bathroom is located on the upper level and features double vanity sinks and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom 5
The fifth bedroom features a king-sized bed, nightstands, a dresser, flat screen TV, lake views, and access to the second bathroom through the bedroom.

Bedroom 6
The sixth bedroom features a queen-sized bed, dresser, a flat screen TV, and views of the lake.

Downstairs Living/ Game Room
The lower level features an additional living room complete with a plush sectional, ottoman, and a flat screen TV. The game room features a bar height table for four perfect for a game of chess. There is a pool table, shuffleboard, a wet bar with seating for four and a drip coffee maker. The balcony off of the game room is complete with cozy seating for the group to take in the unobstructed lake views.

Bedroom 7
The seventh bedroom is a sleeping nook and features a twin over twin bunkbed.

Bedroom 8
Features a king-sized bed with a dresser, night stand, and a desk.


Bathroom 4
The fourth bathroom is located on the lower level and features a single vanity sink and a shower/tub combo.

Bottom Level
On the bottom floor you will find a beautiful office complete with a sectional, flat screen TV, coffee bar, and direct pool views. There is a kitchenette complete with microwave, a duo coffee maker, and a full size refrigerator. There is access to the lower balcony with a sectional and pool views.

Bathroom 5
The fifth bathroom is located on the bottom level and features a single vanity sink and walk-in shower.

Outside
The outdoor space is designed to make the most of the waterfront setting, featuring a heated lakeside pool, hot tub, multiple lounge chairs, and an outdoor dining table. Just beyond the pool there is a lakeside firepit. You have access to your own private dock with two slips measuring 46 and 50 feet, providing plenty of space for larger boats and direct access to the water.

The home is just 14 minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip, JB Hooks, Baxter’s, Osage Beach, and The Lodge of Four Seasons. It is also located just 15 minutes in the other direction from Captain Ron’s, Frankie & Louie’s, The Cave, and so much more! By water, you are even closer to all these amazing places! You couldn’t ask for a better location!

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $1500 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.

POOL RULES

● Use the pool at your own risk. No children should be left unattended in the pool area.
● Do not enter the pool in the same clothes that were worn in the lake. This throws off the balance of the pool. If extra chemicals or cleanings are needed for excessive dirtiness, the cost is the guest`s responsibility.
