Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom 1: Queen bed with a new Beautyrest mattress. Bedroom 2: King bed with a new Beautyrest mattress. Bedroom 3: Bunk bed with two double beds and one twin trundle bed. Sunroom: New queen pull-out sofa.



Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with the utensils and appliances needed to prepare most any meal. Appliances include a microwave, gas stove and oven, refrigerator with ice maker, toaster, and coffee makers. Both single-serve pod-style and full-pot brewing options are available. The dining area can comfortably accommodate guests.



Parking: The home offers ample parking with plenty of room for trailers, making it easy to bring your boat, jet skis, or other recreational equipment for your Lake of the Ozarks getaway.

Guests can easily access local waterfront dining, boat and paddlecraft rentals, and nearby attractions while enjoying the quieter atmosphere of the residential neighborhood. Sunrise Beach and surrounding communities offer plenty of options for dining, boating, shopping, and enjoying the lake.



Bear Bottom Resort is located just a short drive from the house. They have water slides, lakeside swimming pools and a swim up bar.

Details: Located just a few minutes north of Jane Lane. This is a very popular, well-maintained, 4-lane public, concrete ramp with plenty of trailer parking and courtesy docks.



Pirate's Point - 64 Water Ct. Sunrise Beach, MO

Details: Located near the Hurricane Deck Bridge. They feature a fee-based boat ramp, a self-serve pay box for 24/7 access, and a convenience store for gas and boating supplies.



Coffman Beach Access - 39696 Coffman Beach Rd., Rocky Mount MO

Details: Located roughly 10 miles away, near Rocky Mount. This is a free Missouri Department of Conservation launch with two ramps, a fishing dock, and parking.
