"My stay at the Cottages at Laurel Brooke was wonderful. I wasn't in the cottage 10 minutes and I found myself taking pictures of the whole place (down to the Sumatra Coffee pods I love and drink at home) and texting them to my wife to brag on the place. My entire 4 day weekend stay was peaceful and incredibly comfortable. The pillowtop bed was fantastic! I am disabled, have a $5k bed at home, and NEVER get good sleep in a hotel. I travel with my own $300 mattress topper anytime I travel by car....

"We had a great stay and were very happy with everything at this property. When we arrived, the pool was closed for maintenance until 9 p.m., but the owner was very accommodating and offered us a late check-out to make up for the inconvenience. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely stay here again."

"My family of 4 really enjoyed our time in the Atlanta area. Beds were comfy and enough space for everyone to have their own area and room. The only complaint and it looks like it’s a new spot and they are working on it, but need more items to cook in the home. We were forced to eat out and we got the townhouse with hopes of preparing all of our meals. Once they get a stocked kitchen and more TVs in the bedrooms, I think it will be perfect. "

"Be careful when booking this property. Never got to stay at this property. Booked months in advance and sent a message on the day of check in to property manager. Arrived in ATL and asked if we could do an early check in. Received a call statement, they were trying to figure out a way to call and let me know that the property had been damaged from someone who rented the night before and the repairs could not be fixed by my check in time. "The house was as lovely as the photos and the neighborhood was nice as well. Only concern we had was when we arrived we noticed what we thought was our down stairs the curtain was moving. The owner came out the door and stated he lives in that section ( which let me say, he wasn’t a bother at all and he was sectioned off) but it does not say anything about him staying there or sectioned off from us."

"I was in town to be with my daughter when she had surgery. This property is fantastic. The owner, Maria is very, very accommodating. The pictures of the house don’t do it justice. This house is simply beautiful, very clean and decorated with care and coordination. I just loved it. My daughter loved it so much that she extended her stay for 5 extra days for a longer recuperation time. I can’t say enough about this property or the property owner. This experience was more than I expected. "
