It has a quiet location on the corner of the complex with the breakfast terrace facing towards Sunny Beach that captures the early morning sun, and a south facing pool area that maximises the sun throughout the day. It is situated on the Hill Top Villa complex overlooking Sunny Beach and the old town of Nessebar, and views to the hill at Tankovo and Kableshkovo. It is 5 minutes by car from Sunny Beach and the traditional Bulgarian village of Kosharitza. Transfer time from Bourgas airport is 25 minutes. WIFI Internet is provided within the villa.
Please note that both the private pool and complex pool is generally available from early May until the middle of September, though this can be adjusted for the private pool to suit the prospective booking.
