"Very bad sound insulation, there was a street sweeper right under my window for hours around 2am till 4 am and it was so loud i could not sleep. Towels smelled very bad which I noticed after showering in the worst shower of my life, only boiling hot water or cold water no in between. I must thank my airline for rescheduling my flight so i could leave early out if this hell hole."

I used the ohine number included in the reservation confirmation, and I believe hotels.com help desk used the in-app message service. The host didn't respond to either. I finally had to book last minute elsewhere. This was a pre-paid reservation but as of yet I've been unsuccessful getting a refund. "

"1 out of 5 Stars: Nightmare Check-in & Zero Communication My family of 3 arrived at 9 PM on a rainy night, only to be denied entry by security because the host never sent the required check-in instructions or access QR code. The contact number listed on Hotels.com was out of service, and the host ignored all messages. We were stranded outside for nearly two hours. "Clean room"

"The wifi was weak. At one pointnin the night which is when we needed the wifi most, the connection was down. The hairdryer only works for a minute and have to wait another 10 mins to use for another minute. Takes forever to dry hair. The hotel has not been renovated since taken over by Hako from Bello. Pillow had a smell and way to soft to sleep on. The bed not comfortable at all. And after telling the staff about the hairdryer, nothing was done. Towel had stains."

"Check-in was a breeze! The owner, Jacky would wait for you and show you around the house. Just coordinate with Jacky via whatsapp before arriving and he will get everything sorted for you and guests. 5 individual rooms, each capable of sleeping 3-4 peeps (maybe even more), with their own ensuite bathrooms (no rushing and fighting!), this is separated from another individual room which is much bigger and can sleep another 6! The biggest room hasn't a sofa and a sofa bed but the space is...

"Spacious living room. Tv remote not working could not on. Fan remote once turn off cant be turned back on unless off/on the switch. Dining table was not clean underneath the dining mat, sticky residue uncleaned. Shower rack to place toiletries was very rusty. Bed was ok and room comfortable enough to sleep. Price at this homestay unit cheaper than others. Don't expect much then is ok to stay"
