"We had a great stay in this quaint little cabin. We had a welcome gift of fresh chicken eggs that made for some tasty breakfasts, great touch. So glad we made the choice to stay here rather than a hotel. Communication was open and clear. Watching the fish jump out of the water, the hawks and eagle flying over the River was awesome to see. 💕"

You get nice comfy bed, a shower, toilet (compostibg) but better then sh——ing in the woods, some electricity and even some AC, but remember this is glamping and not a full service hotel!! "Wonderful property. Everything you might expect to have at home was available. Even spices and flour. Very close to the nearby boat ramp and Theodosia Marina at Bull Shoals Lake. Dollar General and a local grocery store in town for any last minute supplies.There is no doubt I will stay at this property again if I am back in the area. "

"We were pleasantly surprised that the rental was exceptionally clean and had great access to the river. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes and cooking items. No need to bring much. Although we were not there long, we enjoyed all the luxury items offered. The exterior had a great table to play cards at and watch the sunset. My husband liked being able to walk to the dock area to fish or the boat ramp to wade in to fly fish. We will book this place now every time we decide to visit the...

"What a great place!! My husband, son, and grandsons had a great time fishing from the backyard! The house was beautiful, well stocked, and had plenty of space for all 7 of us.
