You can park in the property for free behind the house at the end of the driveway.

In the basement of the house, a new, modern independent apartment is also available for rent.
It is possible to rent both accommodations to accommodate 10 people in total as long as both accommodations are available on the same dates.
The garden and the courtyard are shared.

The house belongs to a small family with children and is at your disposal to enjoy your stay with all the necessary equipment.

You will find on the first floor, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, a living room with dining room, a separate toilet, a large bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a large and bright furnished veranda.

Upstairs, 3 beautiful bedrooms, one of them is equipped with a work area.

It can accommodate 6 people and 1 baby because we provide you with a cot.

You have the entire accommodation except for a room upstairs which remains locked and the apartment in the basement.
In the cellar you have at your disposal a washing machine if needed.

For your comfort and that of your little ones, we provide you with a cot, a high chair, a small slide in the garden and board games.

The wooded and fenced garden has been landscaped with a table and chairs. You also have access to a barbecue and a tarte flambée oven.

Private and secure parking in the courtyard at the back of the house. You can park in the property for free. Or on the pavement.

A dedicated smoking area has been set up with a bench, a table and an ashtray.

For your peace of mind, the accommodations are equipped with 2 external cameras oriented towards the garden and the entrance gate. These devices are only intended to ensure the safety of the premises and our guests. There are no cameras installed inside the property, which guarantees your privacy.

PETS:
We will be happy to welcome your four-legged friends.
We simply ask that you watch their behaviour, stay with them when they are in the garden and always pick up their droppings.
Out of respect for other guests who may be staying in the other accommodation, it is important that dogs are sociable and harmless. Thank you for your understanding.

TRANSPORT:
Bus stops are present just in front of the house and a few steps next to it, the one a little further away is to be preferred for an immediate departure to Colmar and the surrounding area and will allow you to move around without the need for your vehicle.PGJyPg
Very convenient to avoid the city's parking lot which is very well served by public transportation.

The nearest airports are in Entzheim (Strasbourg) and Mulhouse-Basel.

The nearest train station is in Colmar.
