"This was by far our very best experience renting a house. Not only was the spacious and welcoming home clean and comfortable, it also had gorgeous views of the Bay. Our host provided us with friendly and timely communications, and was considerate enough to let us check out a little later on our last day. "We had a short stay after a sporting event in DC, it was a little less than an hour away. Convenient location and a very clean house. Kitchen was well stocked. There was little communication with the owner, which was nice vs a long list of rules, but we would have liked to know any of their local specific favorite spots or more detailed check in/check out. The owner was great with communication, he even had a video showing you exactly how to get to the property as it is a little hidden gem. Great fire pit, we didn’t use it but it was very nice w/ Adirondack chairs surrounding it. Cozy and comfortable and just a 15 minute ride to town. "

"Hubby and I loved our stay in this rustic cabin. It is above the water with unobstructed views. We saw a LOT of birds during our stay. There were many Osprey flying around and catching their breakfasts/dinners right in front of us! There were bald eagles in the neighbors tree. Brett is very helpful and nice. The cabin is well supplied with nearly everything - TV, binoculars, telescope, beach chairs, as well as the essentials like Kleenex, paper towels, TP, etc. I recommend bringing your own...
