"The breakfast was very good. The air conditioning unit was rather noisy and the mattress was definitely on the firmer side. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room clean and neat."

I requested a pet free room due to a recent asthma flare up and they were very accommodating. The big negative for me was the very strong scented cleaning products. We had to air out the room so it wouldn’t affect my breathing. The strong smell lingered in the lobby. Anyone who is allergic or sensitive to smells would have a problem with it. "We reserved and paid for a junior suite. We were presented with a Dbl Queen room instead. We were given a roll away cot that took up any extra room that it had. We notified them of a leaking toilet--that was fix satisfactorily--but there was no way to contact front desk and the room had no phone. We were there for 3 nights and it seemed like we were bumped for some teams that were occupying all the ground floor suites. Friends of our had also booked a suite for the same reasons as us (5 ppl) and...

"Saturday night, my sleep was interrupted at 2:30 AM from the patron above Us by stomping on the floor. Sorry to complain, but Our stay was not good, the staff were excellent, the breakfast was minimal at best. The in room coffee was adequate. We won't be staying here again for the price and noise. Crews are the problem."

"We rented this strictly for a kitchenette. The stove top didnt work we did find a hot plate in the cupboard no idea if it worked or not because there was no pots and one tiny frying pan. There was a mixture of dollar store and garage sale bowls plates cups ect. The room was filthy with repairs needed everywhere. Honestly we would have just left if the nicer hotel in town wasnt full. We are not picky people we would have been fine if the room was just clean. The only good thing was the water...

"É uma cidade que não é grande mas tudo fica distante, este hotel esta ao lado de um dos shoppings da cidade. Isso nos possibilito ir ao shopping a pé e passeamos por lá. \É um hotel simples mas o importante , limpo , cama boa e lençóis de boa qualidade, organizado e o staff muito gentil e disposto a nos ajudar, sempre com sorriso no rosto . Sem contar que o wifi funciona bem demais. Gostamos muito."

"I found the hallway and our room smelt like dog! The washroom was in horrible condition. So gross, so dirty!! This hotel has absolutely no care in maintenance."

"Room was filthy / stained. Smelt like sewage. Leaks from the roof landed in my wife’s eye and the staff was less than helpful / did not seem concerned. Great location and the hotel has potential, but it’s ran terribly therefore it is suffering immensely. Management needs to care more about properly training staff and maintaining the building. No staff could locate a medical kit in the building as well."
