This 4-bedroom/3-bath penthouse condo sleeps 12 and has 2,800 square feet of living space. This two-level unit has a third-floor entry accessed via an elevator from the underground parking garage. There is a spacious kitchen and dining room that seats 6 with additional seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. The living area has a gas fireplace and a large deck area with great views of the surrounding mountains. The living room has a 39-inch flat-screen TV and wireless internet. There is a loft open to the living room below with two twin beds. The condo does not have a telephone and does not have A/C.
The primary bedroom has a Tempur-Pedic adjustable king bed, a 28-inch flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace, and a private door leading to the deck. The en-suite master bathroom features stone-tiled countertops and floor, a jetted tub, a separate walk-in shower, and a sauna. The second bedroom, located just down the hall, has another king bed. Next to this bedroom is a hallway bath with a stone-tiled walk-in shower. The third bedroom has a king bed, and the fourth bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds. There is one more hall bath located between the third and fourth bedrooms with another tiled shower. A laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer is located on the main level just to the right of the entryway and includes a place to store skis.
Complex Features: Summit Condominiums are located beside the Elkhorn Plaza and within walking distance of the free shuttle. There is a community hot tub on site.
Elkhorn Amenities: One amenities pass is required for each guest using the pool, golf, or tennis (even babies). Please let us know all guest names so passes can be printed prior to your arrival. Winter Amenities: Village Facility hot tub, sauna, steam room open end of November to mid-April. Summer Amenities: Harker Pool is open from early June through Labor Day. Village Pool is open from July through mid-September. Tennis and golf open from May through October (weather permitting).
Please note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
