This luxury 4-bedroom/4 bathroom multi-level 3,400 square foot Lodge residence is perfect for families. The second-floor entry has a mud room on the left with cubbies for all your gear. The hallway leads you to the Master bedroom suite on the left and one guest bedroom on the right, and the end of the hall takes you to the great room with an open floor plan for the living area, kitchen, and dining area. There is a deck off the dining area that runs the length of the condo with deck furniture (summer only).

The living room area has a large sectional sofa and a wood-burning fireplace. The left side of the living area has another sofa facing a 40-inch streaming TV (no cable), and a side table with chairs. The kitchen is on the right and has a 4-burner gas stove with a convection oven, a large pantry, a microwave, and a dishwasher. There is a breakfast bar seating for 4, and the formal dining area is just off the kitchen with seating for six.

The Master bedroom suite is very spacious and has a King bed, a 28-inch flat panel TV with cable and streaming, a walk-in closet, a sitting area, and an en suite bath with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom across the hall has two Double beds, a 28-inch flat-panel TV with cable and streaming, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanities.

The second level of the condo (third floor) has a game room with a 28-inch flat panel TV with cable and streaming, a queen sofa sleeper, and a cubby area with toys and games. Two guest bedrooms are also on this level, both with a double bed, en suite baths, and large closets. One bath has a tub, and the other has a walk-in tiled shower with a double vanity. This level also has a large laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. This property has private wireless internet. There is a detached garage with parking for 2 compact vehicles that is close to the building and has racks for skis inside. During the winter, there is only one garage with extra outdoor parking. There is no landline telephone and no A/C.

Complex Features: Near the Sun Valley Lodge, this condo is within walking distance of the Pavilion, ice rink, bus circle, and restaurants at Sun Valley Resort.

Sun Valley Resort Amenities: A maximum of 5 amenities passes will be issued per reservation. The Sun Valley Inn Pool is available. The workout room, sauna, hot tub, and Lodge pool are NOT included. During the peak summer season only, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kids’ pools, priority tee times, a hotel rate for golf, and a discount on tennis, gun club, and trail rides. Alpine Lodging cannot guarantee amenities will be open, as resort policies can change at any time.

Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
