Primary renter must be 25 years or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to 10 guests, and all guests must be registered with the property manager. No smoking. Well-behaved dogs are considered with manager approval and a $250 nonrefundable fee. Pool heating is available for an additional $500 per month.
