Welcome to Mangrove Hideaway, your perfect canal-front escape on Ramrod Key, where laid-back island living meets easy access to everything the Lower Keys have to offer.
This inviting 3-bedroom home sits along a canal with up to 30 feet of dockage available, making it an excellent choice for boaters and anglers. From here, you’ll enjoy quick access to both the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico, giving you endless options for offshore fishing, backcountry adventures, or relaxing days at nearby sandbars. Please note, the owner’s boat will be stored on the lift, and the boat and lift are not available for guest use.
Inside, the home offers a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for unwinding after a full day on the water. With plenty of space for families or groups, it’s designed to make your stay easy and enjoyable.
Mangrove Hideaway is perfectly located just minutes from local restaurants and bars, so you can enjoy fresh seafood, live music, and the relaxed charm of the Lower Keys without going far. For even more to explore, you’re approximately 30 minutes from Key West for vibrant nightlife, dining, and attractions, and about 30 minutes from Marathon for additional restaurants, shops, and activities.
Whether you're here to fish, boat, or simply relax and soak in the island lifestyle, Mangrove Hideaway is the ideal home base for your Florida Keys getaway.
SLEEPS MAXIMUM OF 8 GUESTS:
Bedroom 1: King Bed, En-Suite Bathroom, Smart TV (no cable/satellite TV)
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, Smart TV (no cable/satellite TV)
Bedroom 3: Two Queen Beds, Smart TV (no cable/satellite TV)
Living Room: Sectional Sofa, Smart TV (no cable/satellite TV)
Kitchen: Nicely equipped (all things necessary to prepare and serve a meal)
AMENITIES:
- 30' of Dockage (Owners boat will be on the boat lift and boat and lift are not for guest use)
- Deck w/ Outdoor Seating
- Propane BBQ Grill
- Drip Coffee Maker, Toaster, Blender
- Parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles (including boat trailers) on the property. Recreational Vehicles may not be parked on the property.

IMPORTANT POLICIES FOR YOUR STAY:
Age & Occupancy: The booking tenant must be 25 years or older and must occupy the property for the entire duration of the stay. This property is exclusively available as a vacation rental and not for worker housing.
Peak Season Monthly Bookings: All bookings from December through March must be for the entire month, starting at the beginning and ending at the end of the month. Consecutive months may be booked if they follow this requirement. Bookings that do not adhere to this policy are subject to cancellation. If you are interested in alternative dates, please contact us for approval before booking.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property. For the comfort and safety of all guests, please refrain from smoking indoors.
No Pets: Pets are strictly prohibited. To help maintain a pet-free environment for all, we require every guest to confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal. It's free, and does not require creating an account. After booking, you'll receive a link to complete the process.
Mid-Stay Cleaning: For stays of 28 nights or more, we reserve the right to require a mid-stay cleaning to maintain the quality of the property. For longer stays, a mid-stay cleaning will be required every 28 nights thereafter. The cost will be collected separately, and the number of cleanings depends on the length of your stay.
Boating & Dockage Advisory: Due to bridges and varying water depths, it is your responsibility to ensure that your boat can safely navigate local waters, access the canal, and fit the listed dockage before booking. While we are happy to provide general information based on our knowledge of the area, guests must exercise extreme caution when boating and ensure all activities comply with local regulations.
Local Wildlife & Pest Control: The Florida Keys are home to various insects (mosquitoes, no-see-ums, termites), reptiles, chickens, Key deer, and other wildlife. While routine pest control is in place, complete elimination is not possible. Guests should take precautions, such as using insect repellent and keeping doors closed, to minimize exposure.
Construction & Renovation Notice: Due to ongoing growth in the Florida Keys, renovations, construction, and road repairs may occur without prior notice. While we strive to provide a peaceful stay, iTrip Key West is not liable for any inconveniences caused by nearby construction.
