We wished for blinds without broken cords and a better can opener but we were grateful for the location, the hot tub and the patio view. The service from the property manager was top notch- incredibly kind and responsive.One thing I wish I would have known was that while it is very close to things, if you want to walk it involves a bike lane along a two lane highway that runs parallel to the freeway. "The house was smaller than advertised. One bed had not been changed. The sheets had the outline of bodies laying on them, the towels were also folded and put away not washed, and the curtains were too light and it was difficult to sleep. The other two rooms were fine. There wasn’t any salt, pepper or seasonings to cook with and many amenities missing. The location was great and we walked to restaurants to eat instead of cooking."

Very comfortable & nicely decorated with a large game room. So close to the beach & the pier is about a 20 minute walk away. We absolutely loved our Santa Barbara family vacation!
