"There was a horrible stench in my room. Like a thousand sweaty sneakers. It was so pungent, I asked for another room. I was denied. I didn’t think I could sleep in the room, so I asked for room spray. The front desk attendant left the desk to go to the back. I thought he was trying to help. But when he returned, he said nothing of my request. No apology, nothing. Money wasted. I finally got to sleep with my head under the covers."

"I stay here three times a year. It’s always clean and staff very kind and helpful. However this trip was different. Stink bugs were on the walls and on the ceiling and in the widows. Front desk said nobody could come kill them until the next morning. We killed them. But then looked in the window and curtains and they were everywhere. When I saw them in the air condition unit I knew it was infested.
Thankfully we were given a new room on the first floor. With no bugs. I pleaded with staff to...

"Room 303. Air conditioning unit never got to temp and made clicking noise every time it cycled down. I informed the desk at check out.
