"We had a great stay. The place was located in a good area convenient to metro. We utilized both the metro and uber. There was a grocery store about 15 minute walk away. The house was clean. There were pots, dishes and dishwasher which came in handy with kids. Overall great little vacation. We hope to stay here again in the future!!"

"The property is true to what it’s offering. Our stay of 3 days and 2 night for a family 7 made us felt like home. The place has very welcoming ambience, very spacious and fully equipped , well maintained and spotless clean, and it offers basic amenities of a single family home, just perfect for a place we’re looking for to stay and feel relaxed. "Great place to stay for our visit to DC. The house was comfortable and clean with everything we needed. It’s located a simple 15-20 min walk from the No-Ma Gallaudet metro station and also near Union station. Trader Joe’s was a 10-15 min walk away, which made picking up some groceries easy.Owners were helpful and quick to respond before our stay and during our stay.It was a great stay! "

"The house was lovely and in a good location. Host provided water and snacks upon arrival which was a nice touch.Only issue was that the listing stated 4 beds and there were only 3. We made it work and the host immediately corrected his listing."

"The room is large, the kitchen is fully equipped, there is a washing machine, and a dryer. There is a black university campus nearby, and it is a bit far away from the main tourist attractions."

"Location was perfect for our quick college visit to Howard University. Walkable to Whole Foods and places to eat. Host was extremely accommodating and quick with responding. Check in instructions were clear and we had no issues. We would definitely book again if our student decides to go to Howard University next year! "

"A friend and I spent five nights at Sojourn and it was a delight. Before we arrived, the owners were responsive to our emails clarifying the lodging. Check in was easy and the apartment was clean and inviting. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need for cooking-not always something at other apartments I have stayed at. Bedrooms and beds were comfortable and bathroom had ample good linens as well as shampoo and lotion. We would stay there again."

"This was a great space to stay. Enjoyed the balcony, plenty of space, nice amenities in the space. A few random things needed attention, like the hand towel rack infalling off the wall. But i get a short term rental will have these things and sometimes a chaos gremlin stays in the place. Overall, wonderful place. Good location. "

"This was one of our favorite short-term rentals to date. The location was great and the host Anthony was terrific. Most importantly, the condo was very clean and well-appointed with designer touches. We really appreciated the fast wifi, coffee maker (and coffee beans), and bags of ice in the freezer. The bird-themed decor and furniture was designer-level. There was also ample outdoor space with two balconies and a rooftop patio! Highly recommended. "
