"We had a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean. Braiden was so helpful and offered great customer service when we checked in. He was very patient and kind. There was an irate customer right before us who was absolutely rude to Braiden. The complaint had nothing to do with Braiden and it sounded like it was beyond his control. I do not think any customer who be allowed to treat the staff like that. Braiden handled himself SO well during it all."

"The customer service and room and breakfast were phenomenal. It’s centrally located for the airport and Lackland Air Force base. The worst thing was the hot tub never got fixed the whole week we were there and the pool could’ve definitely been cleaner but that was all! We had a suite and a group of 6 and 7 when we had my son after his graduation. They congratulated all of us and were always accommodating when we needed extra towels and wash cloths or just to use the outside grill and laundry :)...
