"I've made a reservation for 2 rooms via Expedia. When I got to Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Stony hotel after 10 hours drive they only had one room reserved. I had to repay the second room under a brand new on the spot reservation. We only did this because it was 11 pm and the kids were tired. So that we could have another room. Therefore, one of the rooms we've paid twice. There is a disconnect between Expedia and the hotel. HELP!!! "

Staff was amazing and so helpful. We had a terrible smelling room the second time and they switched it so quick no questions asked. Highly recommend."
