"This is our second time staying here on our yearly trek to Seattle from Santa Barbara. This hotel is super quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast is well prepared and delicious. The rooms are immaculate and modern. (This whole facility is extremely clean, which is not always the case with larger hotels.) The hotel staff are all helpful and friendly. Parking is very easy with lots of spaces. Absolutely zero complaints about our stay. Thanks to everyone who made that happen. "

"The stay was fine. I thought the bathroom lighting was 'different'. Very, very dim unless you turned on the exhaust which turned on the light above the tub. The gentleman who checked me in was nice and friendly, and recommended the great Mexican restaurant next door. My only complaint: I resent being called 'dear'. I know he thinks he's being pleasant, but I find dear, sweetheart, and young lady insulting. You might suggest he break the habit of calling women, especially older women, dear. Oh,...
