"It was only upon arrival that we learned about a communal bathroom. Clerk stated that it was listed in very fine print on the Expedia website. Could not change rooms because we went through Expedia.
In the room there was a layer of dust on the headboard, table and hair dryer. In room sink faucets dripped all night long, could not tighten the misaligned handles any more."
"Room was decorated with old time cowboy paintings, very eclectic. Everything was very clean. There really aren’t any amenities, like pool, hot tub, or onsite breakfast to rate. My only complaint is that room cleaning is by request only and they leave an envelope in the room for a tip for this service…
Otherwise the stay was good. Walls are thin, so be conscious of that. We only were here for a couple nights. It wouldn’t be a good place for longer stays, but worked great for what we needed."
"We enjoyed our stay at this historic hotel in Rogue River. Our room was called the river front cabin, but more likely creek front since we couldn’t see the river from our cabin. Even though, it was a really nice property and very peaceful. Evening reception was excellent. They had nice vegetable dips, fruits, and delicious curry. They also served wine, and beer which were not free, but very reasonably priced. Breakfast was also good, too. We would definitely consider this hotel to stay if...
