"Location was good and centralized.. staff were friendly but short-handed.. tv and hair dryers didn't work, and carpets were really super dirty, .. air conditioning units didn't display temperature.. the breakfast especially the egg discs were horrible..."

Later in the morning at check out, her day had apparently not gotten any better with the progression of guests. I never received a key and I ended up going to another hotel. the lady at the front desk assured me I would get a refund and took my name and number down and it didn’t happen so I’m very disappointed"
