"We arrived on time for check in 3:00PM, but was informed by manager that my room wasn’t ready due to short staff, staff had a death in the family. "So i will say this hotel has a strange layout. The hotel lobby is squished in with the tuscan kitchen restaurant , people coming in restaurant sit around the lobby, so no room for hotel guest to sit by the fire place , Just stayed for one night , and its not great time of year, so cant speak for the amenities, but would of been nice to sit in the lobby by the fire place. Room was ok , bathroom is upscale nice , sheets were horrible, cheap scratchy, that just ruined it for me. "

"The building is in horrible shape but I won't blame the unit owner. The pool was a joke and the attached shopping(?) building was nearly abandoned. The unit could use some updating. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and squeeky. Every movement either my husband or I made was loud and kept us both awake. The velvet bedding was extremely strange in the heat of summer and was uncomfortable. The shower/tub bottom did not feel secure and felt like the plastic was going to fall through the floor. To...
