The building is very quaint and homey, but has all of the amenities you need to provide a very comfortable stay. The location is very pretty with nice views. "My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Wilmington. The room was as pictured, basic, but cozy and clean. Convenient location close to shops and restaurants. Seamless virtual check in. Great place to stay at this price point."

"Check-in was easy and the Host was very friendly and accommodating. "

"The room was spacious and very clean. The amenities, i.e. shamphoo, soap, towels, etc., provided was more than expected. The pool was clean and an extra added bonus. Check in person was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place. Although you need to drive to get to downtown Ogunquit."
