"As soon as I got there the staff immediately started helping, they helped with luggage, opened the doors, guided me where to go. They led me to check in which is on the 51st floor. Gave me my room card and there was a water station there so I got some. Headed to my room and it was enormous. Beautiful views, everything was clean, amazing bathroom and had a separate room for my luggage. A few minutes later and the staff brought my bags to my room. Breakfast here is wonderful. "Excelente localização em Kuningam area, próximo do Mall. Classificado como 4 estrelas eu diria que não passa de 3, ou até 2 estrelas.
Muito antigo e como quase tudo na Indonésia, manutenção deixa a desejar.
Tamanho do quarto ok, entretanto não volto mais a este Hotel. Nestas condições atuais deveria custar muito menos."

"Excellent location with large rooms that can accommodate families! Loved the 3 bedroom apartment that had a separate helper’s room. Breakfast was great with a semi buffet approach, staff were helpful especially the concierge team who were very helpful with coordinating deliveries for us. The rooms were comfortable with great beds and pillows. The only downside was the age of the rooms and the lack of usb charging ports, definitely something for management to consider installing. "

The hotel is ok: service good, people nice, the hotel in itself is ok, nothing incredible... the price is too high for what you get for.
The fact that breakfast is not included in the price is a bad surprise. breakfast is too expensive.
