"The description wotif offered was incorrect. The page describes a distance of 15km from the airport, but the road to get there is 80km (more than an hour by taxi) around the bay. Arriving in the evening there was no choice but to take a cab both ways, costing more than $500. Extremely disappointing webservice x wotif. The room was fine, and the owner very apologetic, telling me he has asked multiple times to see the entry corrected and clarified but the wotif callcentre staff hadn't been able...

"We checked in and unfortunately the first room we were given wasn’t finished. Lights hanging out of the roof mirror on the floor. Went to reception and was told we would need to wait an hour. Told the manager we needed to get ready for a function, gave us free breakfast and found a room quickly. Good work. However in the room the tracks for the drapes didn’t cover the whole window. Maybe opened a week early. Quality checks not done by the looks. Nice hotel and good location. Just need to iron...
