"Unfortunately, our experience at this villa wasn’t great. Within 30 minutes of arriving, the kitchen and laundry area completely flooded because the washing machine drain hose wasn’t connected. We spent a long time cleaning up water and wringing out towels. Even after reconnecting it, the washer still leaked.
