"It was my first time staying at a hotel room without a refrigerator. It seems there used to be one, so I believe a refrigerator should be installed.
Also, there were almost no amenities provided. Although there was a coffee cup, there were no stirrers, spoons, or forks available, which was disappointing in terms of facilities.
In addition, the shower pressure was weak (possibly clogged?).
On the positive side, the room was clean, and the location inside a shopping mall was very convenient....

"The hotel is quite new, and the staff was very friendly. There were some minor issues in my room, such as light switches not working properly but in general I had a very good stay. The breakfast buffet is small but more than enough, with veggies, egg, toast, etc.
The hotel is not exactly in the city center, but approx. 20mins walking distance to Sükhbaatar Square, which is easilg manageable. A supermarket is right next to the hotel which is very convenient.

今回少し長い旅行だったので、コインランドリーを使えたのは便利でした。服を持って受付でコインランドリーを使いたい旨伝えると支払いの上、受付の方がコインランドリーの場合に連れて行ってくれて使えるようになります。
1点気になったのは、客室のお湯が19:30ごろまでほとんど出なかったことです。その後、お湯は出るようになりました。"

部屋は綺麗にメンテナンスされており必要最低限のアメニティもあります。
エレベーターが2機ありましたが何故か一機だけしか使えず。部屋の扉が薄いためか廊下で夜中まで騒いでいる青年集団とバッティングしてしまいうるさくて寝られなかった。
朝食バイキングは新鮮で美味しく、とくにモンゴルで生野菜をたくさん食べることができよかった。
事前に連絡しておけば、空港ホテル間の送迎も手配していただけます（有料）"
