"I would not consider staying anywhere other than Key West Villas when visiting Key West. Hosts Kevin and his wife were super attentive, friendly and couldn't have been more hospitable! Our villa was well equipped and clean. Really enjoyed the daily Happy Hour gathering which included a wide variety of drinks and of course, the shot of the day! "This property worked out fantastic for us. We had a large group for a bachelorette. We occupied the whole compound utilizing all 3 villas. The court yard with small pool was so cute and we loved sitting there and chatting about our previous night as a group while sipping our morning coffee. "The accommodations were very nice and comfortable. The place was clean and well maintained. TV/cable instructions would have been very helpful. The upstairs hallway smoke detector triggered for no apparent reason and i had to stand on a stool to deactivate it -kind of dangerous."

"This property is ideal for a large group with plenty of space to spread out and also to gather. Perfectly located within walking distance of everything. Both units are very well appointed, extremely clean, and very comfortable. This is our second time renting this property, and we hope to do it again! We were better acclimated this time and enjoyed our stay that much more. So convenient and easy, and the property manager is super friendly and responsive."

"We enjoyed 4 nights and had a wonderful trip. The home was very clean and colorful and stylish. It was quiet and we slept well. There was not a lot of room in the 2nd bedroom for the extra bed that was in the closet. With the extra bed set up you could not access the porch without climbing over the beds. "Property was very nice and clean in a gated community. After we arrived we went to fix supper and discovered the oven was NOT working. With it being around the holidays they were not able to get a repairman to get it fixed until after our stay. "So,keep in mind that we were just stopping over for the night and thought it be fun to stay the night on a houseboat with the kids on our way to the next part of our trip. We did not realize that this was a fishing area and found it very smelly! Now, if you are an avid fisherman or fisherwoman, then you probably wouldn’t have a problem with it. The place was fine, I would say it’s more like camping in an RV. We enjoy seeing the key deer and iguana…it was the highlight of our stay."

"Ken's place is awesome. Between the included use of two bikes to putt around town, the perfect location (close enough to walk to Duval, but still away from the craziness), the spotless room and bath, ice cold A/C unit, comfy bed, and well apportioned mini kotched...I can't imagine a better deal in Key West. My fiance and I had a blast for our week there. Ken was amazing as well in his communication and helpfulness with the area. Hope we can stay whenever our next trip to KW comes!"
