Linda was a great guest to host and hope she can return! To clarify on the water. We have had many guests stay and only a few have mentioned the water. We do have a top of the line Kinetico water system. The water is safe to drink but sometimes it does have a salty taste. We also have a reverse osmosis system under the kitchen sink which helps as well. We do disclose this & suggest you might want to bring bottled water for drinking. We are planning to put in a spring water machine for those that prefer spring water. We do not monitor the propane in the tanks so it is possible the tank may be full from a previous guest or you may need to exchange a propane tank during your stay if you prefer to use a propane grill. Both of these topics have always been in the email you receive prior to coming.

Yes, there is a rather long driveway up to the very private house. We do suggest 4 wheel drive during months with bad weather :) Thank you for the 5 star review !! It’s a great place:)

There is always 2 sides to the story! The guest broke all the rules. We spoke with our neighbors afterwards and got the whole story. They are a very nice family that lives on 14 acres asked kindly and multiple times for Joseph’s group to be quiet and it turned into an argument. Our property sits on 20 acres. If you are making enough noise to disturb a neighbor then you are being too loud and being very disrespectful of the neighbors. Joseph also left out the part where they ended up driving over to their house and apologizing and then the neighbors ending up sitting around the fire-pit together! He also left out the part that he was having a bachelor party which wasn’t approved and didn’t clean up after themselves. We did not deserve a 3 star rating. The owners put a lot of money in this property making it a Premier property. A low rating for retaliation is not what Vrbo is suppose to be about.
