"Terrible customer service. I contacted the hotel to get instructions to book the transfer service (advertised as a free service). I tried several times and did not receive an answer. Then I called the hotel and found that I would need to book atue transfer (because there were limited spaces, on first come, first served basis). Finally, I tried but the service was fully booked in the times I needed. In the end, I had to spend around 1000 SEK in taxis. Very frustrating and disappointing...

Muito boa, e preco acessivel embora o local seja meio de dificil acesso a Södertälje se vc vai usar Onibus (Ja que eh necessario caminhar 15 minutos ate um local de compra de tickets).
