"I felt like I was staying at a five-star luxury resort. Furnishings and fixtures were gorgeous; I felt like I had stepped into a resort somewhere in Mexico! We were on the first floor with a poolside patio, amazing! Room itself was spacious, beds were comfy and they had nice sheets. I’m a bit of a sheet snob and theirs were very nice. "The outside is nothing like the inside. Although older and run down looking the room was clean and perfect for our stay. The hot springs soak was nice (minus the guy who kept shushing even the people who were whispering) and the gift shop area was full out cute and useful items. They price was fantastic and I see us staying at the Charles more frequently!"
