"Overall a nice place to stay. The location makes it easy to drive to town - less than 5 minutes. Andrew was very helpful and easy to deal with. My only comment is that all the wooden floors are very noisy so once one person is up for the day, everyone is up for the day."

"We stayed one night while passing through the area but I wish it were longer. This place has gorgeous views from every window. Quiet and secluded but easy to find with fantastic instructions from the hosts. The space is so clean and comfortable with everything you need. It was the perfect layout for us to make own meals and our toddler to have his own futon bed to sleep. Can't recommend this place enough."

"This house is in a super handy spot! Close to the university, and on the crested butte side of town. We had plenty of space for all of us. Well stocked home with everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood. Easy to walk to nice restaurants and right near a nice walking trail/hike. We would definitely stay again."

"Our group of 5 ladies stayed at the Hot Toddy for two nights and we wished we had booked it for at least one more night to take advantage of all the amenities. We came down to spend a day at the hot springs which was very close by. The property was adorable, comfortable, clean and had beautiful scenery. We loved our trip so much and would definitely come back to this property on our next trip to Pagosa."

"Perfectly stocked, clean, comfortable with perfect yard and porches. The walk to downtown is not too far, but not a trip you would want to do multiple times a day. The location is great for bike riders because a large park is directly behind this home. The street is quiet and secluded. Our 24' motorhome fit perfectly in the driveway."

"Our tiny house by the creek was charming, well stocked, and clean. The location was great for venturing to Black Canyon of the Gunnison and Telluride. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and slept with the windows open to hear the creek. We definitely recommend it for a couple; it would be too small for more than two."

The customer service was amazing, very responsive and made everything possible for us to have the best experience during our stay.
