Jessica was very responsive and helpful. Stairs are required to access this unit. Kodiak harbor is about 15 -20 min walk (no steep grade). "10/10 We were in town for a family friends funeral. We thought we'd minimize the hassle by renting a place instead of staying with them. When we booked the stay, we were honestly only expecting a couple bed cots, but the place had a full kitchen, living room area, bathroom with immediate hot water and a very large/comfortable bed. "Property was very clean, absolutely adorable, and well stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen. Checking in was a breeze and the stay was great! "Close to downtown, right on the channel, beautiful views, essentials many other home owners won’t provide to out-of-town/state renters such as sugar, paper towels, napkins… even grains, homemade jam and packets of oatmeal.
